Overview
Our refund and returns policy is designed to clarify which purchases are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Booking Services: All one-on-one psychic readings, astrology consultations, and other personalized services. Once a session is booked and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.
- E-books & Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of e-books and downloadable materials are final.
- Private One-on-One Workshops: These customized sessions are considered booking services and are non-refundable.
Refunds for General Admission Workshops
For workshops that are open to the public (not one-on-one sessions), you may request a refund at least 48 hours before the event starts. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased e-book or workshop, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a replacement may be provided at our discretion.
